Anthony Broderick, founder of Pods4Jobs, realised there was a big gap in the market for real advice when he asked his 16 year old daughter and eleven of her friends, what career they would like in the future? None of them had any idea what to do and these were straight A students. He realised that there was no way of finding out what a Lawyer, Doctor or School Teacher thought about their job unless you knew one personally. "When I researched the net I couldn't find anything suitable, there were lots of careers sites but none showed the full story including how, on some occasions, careers get off to a false start before a dream job is found. With this information I realised that there was a gap in the market so I set up Pods4Jobs."


Anthony encouraged his children to interview family friends and some valuable lessons were learned whilst also having some great fun and building their confidence!
