Background to the Pod:
Kristina has always wanted to be an accountant and is delighted to be working for Bates Weston in Derby.
She gets frustrated when she can't balance her books but gets great satisfaction when she finds her mistake.
Her advice to students is to get as much work experience as possible because you learn so much from each placement. she suggests everyone should take every opportunity they can, travel as much as possible and most of all learn to communicate effectively.
