The next competition has now started for September and will be judged at the end of the month so get filming, produce as many pods as you like and enjoy the experience. There is a one in ten chance of winning.

Every Podcast that is uploaded is entered into a free competition to find the best rated, most viewed and best produced pod. The Winner will be the pod that, in the judges opinion, is most deserving of the prize.
How it works ......
Step 1 - Upload your Pod:
The date and time of your upload becomes the entry time for the competition. Your pod will be entered into the competition for the calendar month of the date of entry.
Step 2 - Pod approval:
When your pod is approved it will be reviewed on it's content and production and a score will be recorded. At the end of the competition month the 20 Pods with the best scores will be judged by a panel of judges.
Step 3 - Judges Selection:
A panel of Judges will review the top 20 pods of the month as scored by the approval panel. The Pod which, in the judges opinion, is the best pod will be awarded the prize. The judges will consider all aspects of the Pod - content, style, lighting, production, humour, interest factor and the age of the submitter - and will decide which Pod has earned the title of Pod of the Month. The winner will be the Pod which best opitimises the spirit of Pods4Jobs.
The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Step 4 - Winner Notified:
The person who uploaded the winning Pod will be notified and the Prize will be sent within a few days of the end of the competition month.
