The most important part of any interview is to make it flow well. Right from the start you have to lead the interviewee to give you the facts in an interesting and informative way so it is always best to have a list of questions which will help you to discover the facts.

  9. If I wanted to be a ............. when I finished my education what practical advice would you give me.
  10. If you were just starting secondary school again what would you change the second time around, do you think you would work harder?
  11. Finally, now you are wise and have years of experience, what advice would you give to a student leaving school or University today about life and the ways of the world not about your job?
